Thank you for choosing Clozet Therapy Boutique ! We’re delighted to have you shop with us, and your satisfaction is our top priority. Here’s everything you need to know about our return policy:

RETURNS FOR REFUND OR STORE CREDITS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 14 business days of receipt.
  • Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
  • Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
  • Non-returnable merchandise includes final sale products, under-garments, lingerie/swimwear, and bodysuits/shape-wear.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
  • The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Clozet Therapy Boutique.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Chic Couture diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit. Store credit is valid only at www.chiccoutureonline.com.

RETURN PROCESSING TIME
Upon receipt of your package, your return for store credit will be processed within 5-10 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

WHEN MAKING AN RETURN:

  • Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
  • Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.
  • Write “Reason for Return” on the back of your invoice.
  • Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • All returns must be processed via our return portal.

Incorrect Address Policy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If you entered the wrong address, email us at support@clozettherapy.com or reply to your order confirmation within 24 hours so we can fix it before shipping.

Once an order has shipped, Clozet Therapy Boutique is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses.

If your package is sent back to us: We’ll issue a store credit (shipping costs not included).

To be eligible for a refund or store credit gift card:

You must initiate your return process here within 14 days of receiving the item. Once approved, your return package should be postmarked or shipped within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns sent back without prior authorization, approval, or after the 14-day period from delivery will not be accepted. Please note that items cannot be dropped off in person and must be mailed to the address provided upon approval of your return request.

All returned items must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be in new condition with tags still attached.
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unused.
- There should be no visible makeup or deodorant stains on the item.

International Orders: All sales are final, and returns are not accepted on international shipments.

Cancellation Policy: If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible within 24 hours of placing your order support@clozettherapy.com. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been processed.

Missing, Lost, or Stolen Goods: Clozet Therapy Boutique r is not responsible for delays in delivery due to lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages, incorrect shipping addresses (the address entered at the time of purchase is the one we will ship to), or delays caused by the shipping courier/service. Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate to avoid any delivery issues. If your item is lost or stolen, Closet Therapy Boutique is not liable for the cost of the item. In such cases, please contact your local post office for assistance in tracking the missing item
